I get this error message when trying to convert MCD files to RAW or TXT in MC_DataTool. It only applies to MCD files recorded with MC_Rack 3.8 (specifically 3.8.1.0) - files recorded with 3.7 or 3.9 are fine.

I use MEA_datatools version 2.4.5 to convert MC_rack data files to ascii format. The problem is that if my .mcd file has 100 sweeps, the datatool software will show less no. of sweeps (say ~80) in the file info.. So i can convert only those no. of sweeps to ascii or bin. I just loose the data in the other sweeps.

Can u let me know how i can rectify this?

My MC_rack version is 3.7.0.

I'm looking for a mean to access data in MCD files to extract them and process them in the target to compress the data amount.

I've tries MC_Data_Tools, but it generates 250Mo asccii files.

I want compress data from the file to have one mean measure for each millisecond indstead of ten measur by milliseconds.

Can you tell me which gas is to be used in the plasma cleaning chamber - Argon, oxygen or nitrogen? Oxygen is a reactive (chemical) cleaning while Argon is a physical one. Also, what modes (primary or secondary; RF, DC etc. ) shall i use for the same?
Do I also need to worry about whether the array is Pt, gold or ITO and change gases or modes accordingly?

I'm not using MC_Rack for recording data, but I use it for computing Interspike Inteval (ISI) on sveral recordings.

I've got about 130 recording, and I need to extract the ISI of each of these 130files.

Is there any way to automatise it with MC_Rack? Or do you know a macro script language?

I'm actually using MC_Rack with the MEA 1060 INV BC preamplifier with its associate filter amplifier FA60S.
I've observed that in the beginning of each record, I obtain artefacts in all channels that disappear after few seconds.
Can you tell me more about these artefacts? Do you know if there is an explication of this evenment? How can I delete these artefacts?
