Problem with the new STG2008: Sweep light is on

Dear MCS,

I have recently purchased a new STG2008 stimulator. In the past, I used exactly the same device loaned to me by Scientifica. When I got our own stim, I just thought I would plug it instead of the previous one and it would work. However, when I switch the power on, the Sweep light turnes yellow even if the stim is not connected to the PC. Moreover, the PC and MC Stim do not see the new stim through the USB connection. Could you tell me what could be the reasons for these problems?

The internal circuit board had come loose during transportation. It was reconnected by our local distributors (Scientifica), and the device sent back to the customer.
