The difference between 1060BC and 1060A
We have just ordered a new type amplifier 1060BC. Are there much differences in performance between this one and the old one? Is there anything that we should pay more attention?

Re: The difference between 1060BC and 1060A
Dear Zhou Yi,
in terms of signal conditioning (gain, bandwidth etc.) the amplifers don't show differences. The old versions MEA1060-1 (version for inverted microscopes) and MEA1060-2 (for upright microscopes) have the pre- and filteramplifiers build within. The new MEA1060-BC comes with the filter amplifier in a seperate housing.
The main difference is the capability of the new version to blank the stimulus artefact during stimulation and that you can select the stimulation electrodes from the software. With the old version you had to select the stimulation electrodes manually.
Best regards,
Karl-Heinz
