Good Morning,

we use a quite simple Plasma Cleaner from Harrick in our lab. You find more info and pricing on their website:

Greetings

Ok. Everything is clear. Just one thing is missing...
We use oxygen. Is it possible that some corrosion may occur of the isolation of the 10/100 MEAs with TiN electrodes?
Not that the electrodes could get damaged, but the isolation to become vulnerable in a way?
...
If we cannot use plasma with normal air, would you recommend us nitrogen or carbon dioxide?

Hi,
oxygen would work, it's the oxygen in normal air which does the job anyway. I have no idea about nitrogen or CO2, that would be up to you to try.
