"+" and "-" going spikes
Dear collegues,
How would you explain the co-occurence of negative- and positive-going spikes in one datastream (=picked by the same electrode) in 2 weeks old hippocampal culture?
Thanks in advance!

Re: "+" and "-" going spikes
Dear Iryna,
obviously the signals are from at least two different cells. Why one of them is producing positive spikes, that's a different question. I've seen it before, though.
Best regards Frank
