The marker of the trigger Empty The marker of the trigger

Post  axone.h Thu Aug 09, 2012 7:06 am

Hellow,
I have a question about the marker of the trigger.
When I used the manual trigger, the trigger markers was shown on channel 47 in the MCS default two dimensional channel map. However, if I used the external TTL on Digital Data D1 for triggering, the trigger markers was not shown on channel 47. But the TTL pulse has been detected and was correctly shown in a Digital Display.
Is that correct? the external TTL trigger will not shown in the channel 47 in a data dispaly? Thanks
He

Dear He,
that is correct, the manual trigger shows on electrode #47 in the standard 8x8 layout because it's the first channel in the amplifier hardware. In other electrode layouts, it might well be a different channel number. The triggers from the digital input show up in the digital display only.
