Hl-1 transfection

Hi everyone,

Any experiences in transfecting the Hl-1 cells & what protocol(s) are you using to obtain a good transfection rate?

While we have not done it in our Lab, there are papers stating succesfull transfections using Lipofectamine.
We typically worked with adenoviral transfections for cardiomyocytes. however I hope another user could contribute here from their first hand experience...
