Hi,
I try to run the 'nextdata' function in the matlab (the matlab is 32 bit and my operating system is windows 8, 64 bit), and I get the following error:
??? Unexpected unknown exception from MEX file.
Error in ==> datastrm.nextdata at 184
c=mcstreammex(cfg)

I don't understand what exactly is the problem, and how can I fix it.

Current versions of Matlab do not accept the extension dll in mexfiles. Try to rename MCStreamMex.dll to mcstreammex.mexw32.
