Correspondence user channel map- amplifier pin
We are using our own chip with a MEA1060-Inv-BC amplifier. When defining our customed channel map we have the option to locate electrodes from 1 to 64, but the amplifier pins are defined between 12-87. So we don't know the correspondence. If we write 1 in the channel map, which would be the pin of the amplifier we are referring to?
Thanks in advance

Re: Correspondence user channel map- amplifier pin
Dear Bru,
the numbering of the channels on the amplifier corresponds to the most common 2D 8x8 MEA layout. Please find in the list below the 1D linear channel numbers and the correspondind 2D 8x8 numbers. If you wite an e-mail to support@multichannelsystems.com I can also send this as excel or ASCII file.
