Hi! I am a new user here.

I just want to get information for controlling/operating the TC02 temperature controller using LabView.
My current problem as of now is that the TC02 is not seen by the NI MAX or NI VISA. Also (might be) related to this, under device manager the TC02 does not appear as a USB device and creates a new category "Multi Channel Systems"

I am working at a 64-bit Windows 7 system.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

Dear User,
I assume you send the identical request also twice to the MCS support contact form. I replied to both of those requests. If you did not get any reply, please check your spam filter.

Best regards Frank MCS

Yes I was the one who sent the request. Thank you for your reply!

I am quite new to interfacing and this really helps me. Using Labview I encounter an error message System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException even with simple GetValue commands. Are you familiar with this situation? And do you have any advice? As I said I am very new to interfacing. Maybe you have a sample VI which I can follow (?).

Thanks in advance!!

Hi Frank!

I think I got it working. I am able to do the basics that I wanted.
Still I would be looking forward to your colleague's reply. I think it will be helpful to me in the future.

Thanks again!
