Spike sorting of already recorded spikes
Hi
is there a possibility to sort recorded spikes which are already saved to a standard mcd-file? and is this a feature of the mc-rack software or do i have to export it to some other prog?

Dear Chistopher
of course you can sort spikes using MC_Rack. Open a file and insert a SpikeSorter into the Rack. Choose the spike stream as input for the spike sorter. Adjust the sort windows and start.
