Could anybody tell me aprox stimulus parameters to evoke PSP in aqute hippocampal slices on 3D(200um spacing) and 2D(500um spacing) using either STG1008 or any other stimulator.

I use biphasic voltage stimulation 0.1 - 4.0 V (100 us/phase). 4.5 V seems to be a ceiling for MEA 5x13 3D arrays at this pulse duration. Stronger stimulation causes Faradaic effects. Using current stimulation you can try anything between 10 and 150 uA with the same duration, I believe.
