Sampling interval
which is the max sampling acquisition frequency for the roboocyte? Is it correct that by modifying P and I parameters I can modify the sampling interval? how can I calculate the right values knowing the frequency that I need for my experiments

The sampling frequencies range from 1 Hz to 2 kHz. You can set
the frequency in the settings dialog (Extras menu).
The P and I values are independent from the sampling frequency,
although the rise time of a voltage step depends on these.
A rule of thumb is:
- If you need faster rise times, you must increase
P and I. But if these values are to high, the amplifier might start to
oscillate depending on the passive electrical properties of the oocyte
(resistance and capacity).
- if you don't need fast rise times, smaller values may be sufficient and the danger of oscillation is minimal.
The default values in our example scripts represent a good compromise
so that the recordings are usually working well
