Channel map: linear order vs 8x8 position
Hello,
When I inport the .mcd file acquired using MEA60 into Plexon Offline Sorter, all channels have numbers from 0 to 59. How does this correspond to the original 8x8 channel layout?
Thank you in advance for a fast response.
Anastacia
