I would like to quantify the development of my hippocampal neuron cultures with two different genotypes...
What my be good parameters to compare the development of the two cultures?
First idea was to compare the frequency of spikes, but due to complex burst patterns occouring after 10-14 DIV it seems to be not the best idea...
How can I analyse the burst pattern? Eg. interburstintervall, spikefrequency within the bursts ... I also would like to have rasterplots over time for all electrodes as shown in the JOVE Potter Video. Can I manage this with MCRack or are there additional tools necessary?
I would be very glad if someone can help me bounce bounce
