Adding Averager
Hello,
We would like to add an Averager to online and playback recordings that would help us reduce and minimize fifty cycles.
The Averager is supposed to make an average for a few traces.
How can this be done?
Thank you in advance,
Luna

Re: Adding Averager
Dear Luna,
to learn how to work with the averager please open he online help of MC_Rack and type "averager" in the search field. However, averaging won't help against 50Hz noise, as the noise is periodical, and averaging helps only if the noise is random. To remove 50Hz you can use the bandstop resonator filter in MC_Rack. But usually the best way is to try to avoid the noise in the first place.
Best regards Frank MCS
