through experimenting with the system, it appears that there is a significant delay between switching perfusion solutions indicating a large waste of solution. apart from using shorter tubing is there anyway to optimize the system for minimal waste? i've only started working with the system recently (manual mode) and have an experiment planned that is constrained by limited solutions (~7mL). any tips would be appreciated!
