MCExperimenter - Windows error message
After closing the MCExperimenter software I get this error:
"Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary"
Apparently it does not compromise the recording or the normal functionalities of the acquisition but I was wandering what it could be (and probably there is something wrong going on...)
Can you give me a hint to fix it?
Best

Re: MCExperimenter - Windows error message
Hello,
could you tell me which version of the Experimenter you work with, and under which circumstances the error happens? If the error is linked to a specific experiment file, please send the file to support@multichannelsystems.com.
Best regards Frank MCS

Re: MCExperimenter - Windows error message
I was working with 1.6.3. Now I updated all the software to the very last version but the error is still there. Actually, even if I don't start any experiment and I just open and close the MCSExperimenter, the error appears... So this seems to be unrelated to any particular experiment file.
Cheers

I have not yet an idea what the cause of the error could be.
What kind of hardware do you have? Does the error appear when the hardware is disconnected?

The PC specs should be fine. What kind of data acquisition system do you have?
You can try to move or rename the file "Multi Channel Experimenter.ini" which is in the directory
c:\users\AppData\[roaming or local]\Multi channel Systems\Multi Channel Experimenter
Note that the AppData directory is hidden by default, so you have to make it visible in the windows Explorer settings
