Some problems
Several pins (the longer ones that don't have elasticity) above the connectors were broken. Is that problem serious?

If you are referring to the pins sticking out straight of the MEA1060 amplifier (that is, not the side which is contacting the MEA), this is not a serious problem.

Another small question: can we keep the array in carbinol for a long time? Or ion-free water is the better choice to store the array?
