Import ASCII file for setting individual cannels´ thre
Hi all,
we're doing long-term recordings and compute the individual channels' threshold. As we've a big number of files, it takes a substantial amount of time to introduce by hand all the thresholds for the 60 channels and for all the files.
Is there a way to directly import ASCII file containing all the 60 thresholds into MC_Rack (into the Spike Sorter tool, Detection Menu) ?
Thanks in anticipation,
F Broccard

Unfortunately there is no way to import thresholds.
You might be able to automate the task however using a programmable macro recorder/replay tool, like e.g. Macroexplorer or Macroexpress ( kludge, but it might be worth a try)
