Electrophysiology Mouse System Empty Electrophysiology Mouse System

Post  mcs Tue Jun 17, 2008 10:45 am

Dear Sir:
I have brought the Electrophysiology Mouse System from your company for my study in mice (EPR-800 Catheter, STG-3004 Stimulator/Amplifier , PowerLab 16/30 DAQ ). Now I have some problems in the setup of bipolar pacing (pacing is delivered between adjacent electrode, for example, between electrode 1 and electrode 2 of EPR-800 Catheter). Can you give me some suggestion.
Best regards.
Liu Nian

Dear Liu Nian,

In your setup the stimulus generator is our product. Please check by an osciloscope (or just a multimeter) if the Current or voltage output are delivering the set output current / voltage.

However, we are currently discussing with the other suppliers, what the source of your problems might be.

Please make sure, the electrodes used for stimulation are switched off (not connected to amplifier)as this might increase noise in current mode.
