Culturing HL-1 cells
Hello I have read the method about culturing and measure on cardiac HL-1 cells and I have a question: Do you also use fibronectin on the MEA-plates??

Re: Culturing HL-1 cells
Dear eewa,
the coating on the MEAs is not to critical. As the gelatin / fibronectin coating is a bit thick (it worked however...) we use PEI coating on the MEAs (Polyethylenamine). This is very cheap and easy to do and works very nicely.
