culturing LUHMES cells on MEA
Anyone have or know of a working protocol for culturing LUHMES cells on MEAs?

Re: culturing LUHMES cells on MEA
Hi,
sorry, I couldn't find anything in out database. I'd go for a protocol which works on cover slips and increase the initial cell density by ~50%, as attachement is usually worse on MEAs compared to glass.
Best regards Frank MCS

Re: LUHMES culture on MEAs
Hi,
I have been culturing LUHMES on MEAs a few times and it always worked without problems - just coat as usual and seed a similar number to what you would normally use for a 12-well plate. Take care that medium doesn't evaporate during the following days of differentiation (placing the MEA in a dish with some water or a wet tissue paper may help). Tell me in case you need more information. Greetings!
