Hydrophilic storage
Is it okay to store MEAs long term in a dry condition, as they are shipped? We don't require a fully hydrophilic surface, when we prepare MEAs for use, we plate a 2uL dot of fibronectin over the electrodes and then plate cell suspension in just that spot. Just want to make sure plates won't deteriorate if stored dry at room temp. Thanks. emccartney

Re: Hydrophilic storage
Dear emccartney,
I would recommend not to let the MEAs dry out, as this will make the impedance of the electrodes much worse. At least put them in water for a few hours before use.
