Abnormal current output
Hi everybody
I have just bought a STG4004 using the 4 channels with the same bipolar stimulation.
With the provided 10000ohm resistance I have got 4V with my 0.4mA asked current in both 1 and 4 channels but about 35V with the others. This abnormal output current is sometimes only in channel 2 or in channels 2 and 3.
Has someone got the same abnormal output?
Thank you for your response
Palma

Re: Abnormal current output
Dear Palma,
did you use the same wiring and the very same (not only the same type) resistor for all channels? I'd try some different resistors to start with, to exclude this as source of the problem.

Abnormal current output still there
Thank you for your response.
I have tried with different wirings and resistances, I have the same abnormal output.
Must I assume that those channels are not reliable? I have the warranty...

Re: Abnormal current output
Dear Palma,
could you send me the serial of the device so I can check the test protocols? Maybe there was some damage during transport. If there is a defect you will of course get a free replacement/repair. Please send the serial to support@multichannelsystems.com.
