MEA coating for islets
Hello everybody!
I have trouble with getting MEA signals from islets. The MEA chip was coated with Cell-tak but failed to attach islets. Does anyone know suitable coating method for mouse islets? I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks.

Dear Satoshi,
are we talking about Islets of Langerhans? If so, you might contact Udo Kraushaar (udo.kraushaar@nmi.de) from the NMI here in Germany, he is the only person I know of who successfully recorded from those.
Best regards Frank MCS
