Signals disappearing some time after changing MEA

I use multielectrode arrays to record signals from cultured neurons.

I have a problem recently. When I start recording from a new MEA I get proper electrical signals for the first 10-15 minutes . After that the MEA no longer detects signals , and a constant noise appears throughout the channels which is same in all channels.
Again if I change MEA manually or by using MEAselect->change MEA option the normal electrical signals from the neurons reappaear which again lasts for 10-15 minutes and disppear again giving a noise which is same in all channels . The amplitude of this noise as such is not high. It is of the same amplitude as that I was getting when I was getting the proper electrical signals from neurons.

I would be extremely thankful if you could identify the problem and suggest any possible solutions.
