How to analyze the data from MEA
i have recorded the FPs of cardiomyocytes with MEA-1060, and acquired the excitationmap with MC_Rack. next step is to analyze the FPmin, FPmax, FPrise, and generate the high-resolution color-coded activation maps, how can i do this?thanks!

Re: How to analyze the data from MEA
Dear Quanquan,
the MC_Rack software offers you most features you need for data acquisition nad a preliminary analysis. For more detailed offline analysis I recommend to use additional software.
Especially the high-resolution mapping of local activation times can be done for example with the Matlab based MEA tools (by U. Egert, Freiburg).
Have a look here for some examples and free downloads:

For extraction of the FP parameters you mentioned please also note, that we provide a variety of conversion and export functions with our MC_DataTool (available for download from MCS site). This will allow you to analyze data with other programs.
Greetings
Thomas
