6 well MEAs on MEA2100
I have been using 6 well MEAs in cell culture hood with travel MEA so did not have a problem of contamination.
But now I would like to use 6 well MEAs on MEA2100 which is outside,
I am currently working with PDMS sheets - cut out in the shape of a lid/ circular cover to fix on the 6 well MEA,
but this does not attach properly / perfectly and I fear contamination.
would you have tips on 6 well MEAs use outside the hood ?

Dear Dish1,
the easiest solution might be to move the MEA2100 into the hood. You would just need a PC with a USB connection nearby.
The alternative are lids for 6 well MEAs. If you apply those in sterile conditions you can perform the recordings outside the hood
