using mc rack to trigger valvecontroller for drug application
Hi,
i am trying to stimulate my cells on the mea with a brief bath application of some compound. i have an old valve controller that has TTL in (not out). so i use dig out d0 from my usb device to send a manual trigger from mc rack. it works, but the pulse is obviously too short. is it possible somehow to change the duration of the ttl pulse? lets say to 5 seconds? maybe through mc_stimulus?
thanks

SYNCH OUT
Dear benmcs,
you could use an STG to create a SynchOut pulse of 5s duration and connect the SynchOut port with your valve.
Of course this will require an STG, but as you mention MC_stimulus i assume you might have one...
