Problem with FlexMEA channel map
HI
It seems there is some problem with flex MEA cahnnel map.
For example the same row is giving 52 51 42 & 41 which is unusual. That is only one example. In the rest of the channel map also it is not properly arranged.
It would be great if you can correct it and tell about the proper orientation ie., how it corresponds to the Flex MEA figure in the last page of user manual.
Thanks
Gireesh

Re: Problem with FlexMEA channel map
Dear Gireesh,
as you are working with the FlexMEA and not with an 8x8 MEA, please
set channel layout to 1 dimensional 32 channels.
Than everything should be fine.
Greetings

Re: Problem with FlexMEA channel map
HI
Ya ..I tried both FlexMEA32.cmp and 31ChannelFlex.cmp both of which are coming with McRAck.
But if you look in that you can see that the channel maps are not ordered.
eg: 1st row is 51, 52, 42, 41; and similiarly in other channels also.
If you compare this with earlier channel maps for 64 channel MEAs
eg : in 8X8meaA.cmp
First row is like : 21, 31, 41, 51,61, 71 and so on in other rows.
that enables us to compare the area we are recording with the display.
In FlexMEA channel map this correspondence is not clear. It would be helpful if the spatial pattern of MEA is exactly represented in channel maps also.
thanks

Dear Giresh,
ok, let me do it step by step...
1. Click Edit before you insert MC_Card
2. Select Data Source Setup
3. Select 1 dimensional
4. Select 32 channels
5. add MC_Card
6. add Display
7. Select Layout FlexMEA.cmp
and it should be fine

Re: Problem with FlexMEA channel map
Unfortunately does not yield a MEA map which corresponds to Flex MEA lay out.
I would be able to send you the screen shot if you could give me your e-mail address.
thanks

post a link
for a female socket that would connect to a ADPT-FM-32. I must confess that I'm a bit overwhelmed by the number, and variety of items that match my criteria.
