MEA set-up for brain slice analyzis: water bath needed?
I am new to this forum as we will start to use MEA: I read in the instructions that there is a perfusion heating integrated in MEA32-STIM4. So, I do not need a water bath to warm my perfusion solution?
I am pleased for any comment

Dear Kosmodrom,
welcome to the forum!
You are right, you don´t need to pre-heat your perfusate. However if you take it straight from the refrigerator the perfusion heating will come to it´s limits. We suggest to have your solutions at least at room temperature and do the additional heating by our perfusion heating.
Greetings
