Add marks with the keyboard in the recording in triggered mode
Hi,
may be this is something obvious but I cannot find how to do that. I would like to add a marker (trigger for instance) in a recording in triggered mode, that is not continuous. A kind of flag to mark a specific event as for instance change of a drug in the perfussion. Can this be done from the keyboard?
thanks
ivan

Re: Add marks with the keyboard in the recording in triggered mode
Dear Ivan,
you can use an additional trigger detector set on manual trigger. Then you can generate a trigger event with a mouse click. However, if you record on a different trigger and the mouse klick does not happen during a sweep, it will not be recorded.

Re: Add marks with the keyboard in the recording in triggered mode
Dear Frank,
If I use a second trigger but the recording starts on trigger 1, the manual trigger is not enabled.
I think it could be an interesting feature to implement a solution for this issue.
First thing that comes to my mind is to add in the window tab of the recorder the optinon of selecting 2 diferent triggers to start recording, so a marker could be added in the "Start on Trigger" recording mode. For the moment I will mark the event in my notebook
Thanks and best regards
